Real Talk Cards – Expressions of Interest Now Open
Real Conversations. Real Change.
We’re excited to say that expressions of interest are now open for our brand-new Real Talk Cards – an innovative early-intervention resource designed to help prevent violence, abuse, and harmful behaviours.
Co-designed with diverse young people, the Real Talk Cards are created to spark meaningful, honest conversations about gender, healthy relationships, online influence, and critical thinking. They support schools and organisations to create safe spaces where young people can explore important topics, challenge harmful norms, and build the skills needed for respectful, healthy relationships.
This practical and engaging resource has been developed to empower young people to reflect, question, and grow, because real conversations lead to real change.
Who Can Access the Cards?
Due to funding requirements, the Real Talk Cards are currently available free of charge to schools and organisations delivering work in the following areas of Wales:
- Newport
- Monmouthshire
- Blaenau Gwent
- Torfaen
- Caerphilly
- Carmarthenshire
- Ceredigion
- Pembrokeshire
- Powys
- Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT).
The cards are also available to organisations taking part in our boys’ work pilots.
